Notice is hereby given that the Environmental Board will hold a public hearing at the time and place noted above, on the following applications:
1. TEV250002- A request by Ozone Partners LLC and SHR Housing LLC, for a variance from portions of Chapter 5, Section 5-86 (m) 2 (b) of the Tallahassee Land Development Code. If the variance is granted, the applicant will be allowed use of an external sand filter system and a trash/rack debris catchment system in conjunction with an underground stormwater facility in lieu of using surface ponds and/or mechanical or chemical treatment methods. The properties are zoned UT (University Transition).
All interested parties are invited to present their comments at the public hearings. Copies of the applications are on file in the Growth Management Department, 1st Floor, Renaissance Center, 435 North Macomb Street, Tallahassee, FL, and may be reviewed by the public during regular business hours (7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).
